These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 0bet platform and all its services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and the 0bet operator ("we", "Company", "Platform").

The key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 0bet website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered account.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Account Security

Age Restrictions

0bet strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21 ("minors"). We are committed to protecting minors.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

• If a user opens an account by providing a false age, their account will be closed and deposited funds will be returned; however, any winnings earned or bonuses received will be considered void.

Account Verification

0bet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to operate a safe and reliable platform. Before processing withdrawals, and in some cases before deposits as well, users may be required to complete identity verification.

4.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the 0bet platform using the following payment methods:

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal request for each method is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

0bet offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Or: deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit amount.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus funds will be considered void.

6.3 VIP Program

0bet has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and earn weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• 0bet may modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time at its discretion.
• If fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the use of bonus benefits, the account will be closed.

Game Rules

The 0bet platform offers various types of games including slots, casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game window.

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Technical Errors

Any incorrect results or payments displayed due to a software error or technical issue will be considered void. In such cases, 0bet will bear no liability for compensation and the player's original deposited funds will be returned.

For sports betting, bets are settled once the outcome of an event has been confirmed. If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded. For live betting, 0bet reserves the right to accept or cancel any bet during the course of an event.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Misusing bonus benefits or engaging in "bonus hunting" strategies.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Collusion or secretly coordinating with other players.
• Using automated bots or software to play.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 0bet's Rights

0bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.

• Suspicion of account use by a minor or an ineligible person.

9.2 User Rights
